In anticipation for the premiere of the full trailer tonight (During the premiere of Agent Carter on ABC), Marvel has released the first theatrical poster for the upcoming film, Ant-Man, and it's pretty humorous! It obviously showcases one of the two powers Ant-Man possesses (Shrinking to the size of an ant), so may be the next poster will showcase him controlling an army of ants? Who knows? But for now we have this eye catching poster that will surely catch the attention of anyone walking past this a theater. It seems like this poster is suppose to coincide with the "Ant-Sized" teaser for the trailer that was released earlier last week, later followed up by the "Human Sized" version of the trailer.
Along with the first poster, we have also added EW's Ant-Man cover, showcasing Paul Rudd in the interesting looking costume.
As far as the film goes? Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd who plays a thief named Scott Lang, who works along side scientist Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) to put together an elaborate heist to save the world. It'll be interesting to see a comic book heist film as this will probably be the first of its kind. Similar to how Captain America: The Winter Soldier was the first comic book, spy thriller film.
