Sony Picture released a brand new trailer for Neill Blomkamp‘s (District 9 and Elysium) upcoming film, Chappie. Compared to the last trailer, this one gives us just a little bit more detail of the story, and better look at some of the characters as well. Chappie tells the story of a robot who’s part of a police force, but imbued with artificial intelligence
that makes him question his purpose, and also provides a serious problem
for the company that created him.
The film stars Sharlto Copley, Hugh Jackman, Dev Patel, Sigourney Weaver, Ninja, Yo-Landi Vi$$er, and Jose Pablo Cantillo. Chappie will open in theaters March 27th.
